Consultation to quotation
The first step of our service is to dive into the details. We offer a full, in-depth consultation to understand your vision, offer our advice and answer all of your questions.
Once we have your specifications, we’ll start drawing up a bespoke design using our CAD software ready for presentation. This is your opportunity to see your aluminium glazing project set within your property or premises, and to offer your feedback so we can make any adjustments.
When you’re happy with your design, we’ll provide a detailed and transparent quotation – then on your go-ahead, we’ll arrange a visit to conduct a full site survey.

Your window and door installation process
Working to your specified timescales, your finished products will be delivered to your property, premises or development by our own double glazing installers, who will prepare everything ready for fitting.
Our team will always take care of your property, working tidily and respectfully at all times. Once your installation is finished, the team will ask you to inspect their work to ensure your complete satisfaction. They’ll also show you how to operate your new windows and doors, and answer any final questions you may have.
Aftercare
Once you’re completely happy and have signed-off on our work, we’ll send you a product report and your warranty information. But our support doesn’t end there – our aluminium window experts are always on hand in the future if you need any help or advice.
